Incentive and Bonus Policy

This document will assist you in creating an incentive and bonus policy for your business. The incentive KPI (Key Performance Indicator) plan (another HR Advance document), should be used in association with the policy, unless you already have such a plan in place. If your business already has an existing incentive KPI plan, the policy will need to be amended to reflect this. Any reference to the policy throughout the commentary includes a reference to the incentive KPI plan.
